Human Resource Administrator
. . . This is a valuable tool for leadership development.

Manager
. . . Having a systematic process helped me to be consistent and
make sure everything is covered. I am glad to get this training
at this early stage of my supervisory career.

. . . The training gave us additional tools that will help
us accomplish goals tied to the success of the business.
The dialogue model can be used to make any type of
communication more effective, whether it is with a
direct report, peer, customer, vendor, or upper level

Vice President
. . . People avoid the difficult conversations because
they are uncomfortable with confrontation. If we

won't effectively develop our employees. This is
the kind of training we should be providing everyone
who is in a supervisory role.
