for more than 25 years.
Often described as a dynamic trainer and engaging presenter, he has
taught mediation and collaborative
problem-solving skills to thousands of people at his workshops. Don
has provided dispute intervention

associations. Working

of its people. Joel Sadowsky, M.Ed. has 30 years experience as an trainer, educator, program developer, and coach. He teaches his clients practical skills and strategies that enhance their ability to manage workplace and personal challenges. Joel is the author of the Constructive Dialogue program, which is designed to help people prepare for and facilitate important and difficult conversations.
